Required HPD

Every NYC building with 3 or more apartments must post a core set of HPD notices: the registration number sign, the superintendent sign, the key to heating system notice, smoke and carbon monoxide notices, the suspected gas leak notice, floor number signs and the FDNY fire safety notice. Each sign below lists the code section it covers, so you and your inspector can see why it is there.
